產品信息
米一粒一粒釀造真誠。方便保存的干燥類型的米曲子。
①因為是乾燥類型所以保存性好。
・通常「生曲子」的水分約25%左右，而米曲子比而10％一下，所以用常溫的
流通・保存可能。
②因為是粒類型所以容易測量，易於使用。
③甜酒・醬菜・大醬等可以廣泛使用。

使用方法＆使用例
＜甜酒＞
―材料―
米曲子300g、炊飯米500g、溫水100ml、60～70℃熱水、溫度計
―作り方―
①將100毫升溫水加入米曲。
②將500克米飯和300毫升熱水放入內熱容器中，調節至約60℃，混合均勻並
混合製成①中的米曲。
③保鮮紙用覆蓋，55～60℃ 保持10-12小時。
※溫度超過60℃，米曲酶會破裂，甜度不會出來，所以請注意溫度設定。
